Return, Cancelations & Exchanges

Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a refund ( through store credit) if the product is spoiled or broken on arrival. To make a refund request customers must send us an email to aletheallc.customer@gmail.com with an explantion of why a return is being requested, and images of the concern. Refunds ( through store credit) are processed within 3- 7 business days.

Currently, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations.  

Alethea LLC. reserves the right to  limit, refuse, and/or reject refund request from customers at any time due to:

  • Excessive refund history
  • Suspicious explanation for refund
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
  • Use of language while interacting inperson or online that is discrimantory, rude or offensive.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
